Q. Do you offer 100% book deals?

A.No. In the past, we offered a grant program, but that ended in 2007.

Q. Are we given hard copies of books?

A. If you didnt come through our grant program, then yes you will get 50% of the books you ordered. The other 50% we keep to sale and have stock for the online stores such as amazon, barnes and nobles, borders and books a million.

Q. As Sweet Verse Publisher Author, am I entitled to travel and lodging accommodations?

A. No. We partner with independent authors to help you get exposure and the books you need for much less than other publishers. If you join the mailing list and newsletter, you will be made aware of all book signing events and expos globally. However, you are responsible for your expenses, booths, etc. We are not your literary agent, literary managers or sponsor. We are strictly your publisher.

Q. Do you make EBOOKS and AudioBooks for instant download?

A. Yes, for an additional fee, these files can be set up in addition to your hard copies of your books.

Q.I make more money selling books out of my trunk. How does that work?

A. As a publisher, we rely on online stats and sales to gain the attention of bookstores that will offer us shelf space. I would suggest ordering enough books to leave for online purchase as well as enough for you to take with you to public events.

Q. How much can an author expect on each book thats sold?

A. Each author is given a contract and the terms vary per author and situation. Please read your contract with understanding before you agree to anything.
