Please be advised that no new artist are being sought or considered that have not already been issued a contract to produce music. If we loved your sound, but never approached you from a business standpoint, it means we have good reason for not pursuing you in that manner. ( bad reputation, lazy talent, etc)

if you affiliate with anyone dependent on any drugs, distastefully tattooed, or with a bad reputation, such as a trouble making, complainer type, we will not associate with you.

2006 and 2009  confirmed that there is no business to be done amongst good friends, especially if cooperation and respect cannot be given to our staff. Therefore, if you approach our organization to do any business the following will be required:

(First and foremost: We will not work with Diva's and Don's! Our Spirts are too humble for that)

1) Your business proposal in writing

2) A contract (properly endorsed. notarized and two originals sent/received via registered mail)

3) All monies that each producer is responsible for upfront and place in an escrow account, per the approved budget

4) A questionnaire to see if things are maintained well in your personal life, so as not to interrupt the positive flow of our expectations in business

5) Verifiable business references

6) You will deal only with our VP of Operations/Finance and NOT

Rene Reyes under any circumstance.
